Erewhon Yacht Company
Erewhon Yacht Company is proud to represent the Stagepoint 17 from Stagepoint Boats of Westbrook, Connecticut. This is a traditional "NOVI" design with a modern stepped bottom and increased beam aft providing a fast, stable, dry ride. The Stagepoint is finished off with teak trim, providing a nice classic look to this modern craft. We can put together a nice package with the Stagepoint, including a Honda outboard and LoadRite trailer.
We are also proud to represent the full line of products from Sakonnet River Boatworks of Tiverton, Rhode Island, including their 15' modified-dory, lapstrake skiff and their 8' dinghy, which features a full liner with foam core that can support 3 people and is powered with a 2 hp motor.
We also represent the full line of products from the Arborvitae Woodworking Company of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. These fine rowing and sailing craft feature designs which are time proven, successful, safe and versatile, and are built by hand and traditionally finished off using only the finest local materials.
We can put together a nice package with any of these boats, pairing them with an outboard motor by Yamaha or Honda and a trailer by LoadRite, thanks to our affiliation with Atlantic Boats of Wareham, Massachusetts. We can also provide all the equipment and accessories you need to be safe on the water.
Snapper Blue Sailing Charters
Snapper Blue Sailing Charters conducts sailing junkets aboard Snapper Blue, our 40' Luke/Warner cutter, on Narragansett Bay and Cape Cod. Call for information on half-day or full-day captained charters, as well as special occasion cruises and limited bareboat packages.
This year we also began offering charters aboard the F/V Ingrid, moored in Phinney's Harbor on Cape Cod. Call for information about our half-day or full-day fishing charters, our sunset cruises, or let us help you put together a nice family or corporate day trip aboard.
The Writer's Corner
The Writer's Corner specializes in written communications for the marine industry, including newsletters, brochures, Web sites and feature writing. Currently we are providing business profiles and feature pieces for the Tiverton Patch. Our past work includes newsletters for the Tiverton (RI) Yacht Club, the Quequechan Flotilla of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and The Marine Museum at Fall River, and feature articles for Blue Water Sailing Magazine. We also created and maintain the Web sites for Rivendell Marine and The Paddler's Shop.
Another of our ongoing projects is research for a book which discusses the state of wooden ships. In 1997 we completed the project "WoodenBoats 2000," which discussed the technologies available for wooden ships and whether or not owners were employing those technologies to keep significant wooden ships alive. Our book will eventually detail those issues on every wooden ship in New England, and maybe beyond.

Midnight Moon Racing
Midnight Moon Racing sponsors two racing teams at the Tiverton Yacht Club, as they compete in the local and NBYA events. Midnight Moon sails in the Opti fleet; we also sponsor a 420 and Laser sailor. Midnight Moon is now undergoing extensive restoration in our small boat shed. The laser, Black Night, is also undergoing deck repairs in our yard.
